想去新加坡工作吗?德利多富最新职位Position:Japanese Speaking Helpdesk Support Engineer (Singapore) Responsibilities: • Provide support to the internal and external clients professionally and efficiently. • Communicate with clients directly to ensure that customers' expectation are met / exceeded. • Work within the development and production support team to share knowledge and ideas. • Monitor and respond to email and other relevant channels proactively. • Improve existing procedures / escalation proactively. • Monitor and ensure that all outstanding service calls are closed within the same day.
